The birthday card for every Johnny Cash devotee, country music fan, and anyone who has ever opened a card hoping for money.
Canadian artist Chris Tutty created Cash Card 2 — a bold, retro vintage tribute to the most defiant man in the history of country music. Johnny Cash fills the frame in his iconic blue shirt, guitar slung low, staring you down with that unmistakable intensity — and flipping the bird straight at the camera, just like he did at Folsom State Prison on January 13, 1968. The entire card is rendered in a distressed, aged vintage style — warm gold, black, and brown tones with a weathered cork-board texture that makes it look like it was pulled straight off a saloon wall. A vintage Folsom State Prison concert poster blazes in the upper right: Folsom State Prison Presents • The Man in Black • Johnny Cash • In Person! • Jan. 13, 1968. Down the left side, bold distressed gold typography spells out: M•O•N•E•Y.
At the bottom, the punchline lands in bold vintage western typography:
THE ONLY CASH IN THIS CARD IS ON THE COVER.
Same defiance. Same legend. Different era. For the birthday that deserves a card as bold, as timeless, and as legendary as The Man in Black himself.
Not your typical card. Not even close.
Each card is built from original artwork by Chris Tutty, bringing a mix of music icons, pop culture, and sharp humour into every design. Whether it’s a birthday, a celebration, or just because — you’re not just giving a card… you’re giving a reaction.
Printed on ultra-thick 100 lb premium stock using high-resolution 300 DPI artwork, every card delivers rich color, crisp detail, and a high-end feel.
Each card includes:
These are the cards that get passed around, laughed at, and remembered — long after the cake’s gone.
Bold. Retro. Legendary.
Be the one who brings the best card to the party.
